Hi there John. You are currently using the Free version of VFB correct? This usually happens for a few reasons. One being that you might need to increase your Max_input_vars. This is fairly common where plugins or WordPress for that matter needs an increase in this server setting. Second reason could be due to a third-party plugin – have you tried deactivating all plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme, just to cover all the bases?

After much trial and error, I discovered that the culprit is the new version of the Storefront Theme – Version 2.2.3 As this is a staple of those who use Woocommerce I would really appreciate if you could have a look at this problem. VFB is a great product and it would be a real shame if it cannot work with Storefront.
