    We are aware of such an issue but couldn’t reproduce it so far.
    There are a few details that may help us pinpoint the source of the problem:
    1. WordPress version
    2. PHP Version
    3. Which service provider are you using?

    Wordpress version : 4.7
    php version: 5.6.29
    by service provider you mean server or domain registery?
    server a2hosting and 101dmain – registery
    by internet sp its bezeq
