Cannot add multiple locations to Google Maps

Even though I have updated the Bold Page Builder plugin to version 2.2.6 when I try to add a map the interface is different from the one shown in the documentation. I don’t see the center map dropdown and I cannot add multiple locations on the map. I only see one latitude longitude on one location.
