Cannot Add new attribute

    Hi, I’m using the wordpress 5.3.2, and I can add new custom product attribute for Variation product like new Type, Unit etc… But I need to create new Attribute for every new product type and unit. I cannot add new one in the Attribute page. I only have default Color and Size, when I add new one like Type or Unit, it’s not show anything, but I can add new Size or new Color but not new Attribute.

    Hope someone can help, thanks 🙂

    Hi @vicfresh,

    Could we get more clarification or screenshots? Are you having issues creating new global attributes or creating attributes within a product? Just to clarify, you are able to add new terms to your existing attributes, but not create a new attribute, correct?

    I’d recommend doing a full theme and plugin conflict test to see if you’re able to view and save new attibutes.

    Thanks, Yuki, it’s about conflict the plugin, I tried to deactivated all plugins and it’s working again, however, when I slowly active one by one all the plugins, it’s also working without any problem, that makes me confuse and I don’t know what makes Woo attribute got the problem.

    Hmm, could be that it was cache related. In any case, glad to hear it’s working now! I’ll close this thread for now!
