If you are using any page builder plugin, then you can try after deactivating that plugin.
i am not using any plugin. i just install one theme. I also tried to make a new page after uninstalling the theme but still it is not working. i need to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Can you please try some temporary troubleshooting steps?
- Switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme
- Deactivate all the plugins, no exceptions
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
And re-visit your site. Does the problem still exist when you do that?

theme name is “business gravity”. I also tried by switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme, deactivating all plugins and clearing my browser’s cache and cookies but still no success. One thing i need to know is that how can I use wordpress health check plugin as i only able to download it but don’t know how to install it and run it. i want to use the health check plugin to try to troubleshoot and see if it works for me. thanks.
