• One of my sites was hacked.

I’ve deleted and uploaded clean versions of all of the core files (root directory wp-admin and wp-include). I have cleaned the Theme files.

I am logging is as an Administrator.

When rolling over Plugins in the Admin menu there is now no fly-out (Installed Plugins, Add New, Editor).

When in the Plugins page, there is no Add New button at the top.

When rolling over a plugin’s name, there is no Delete option (only Settings [if applicable] Activate or Deactivate depending on the state). In the bulk actions drop down there are only options to Activate or Deactivate.

In Themes, there is no option to Add a Theme and no option to Delete a Theme.

Given – I have replaced the core file, I am guessing there have been some changes made in my database?

Can anyone suggest where to look and what to look for.

    Thanks
