cannot add new slideshow.

    after clicking on NEW, neither i can add new slideshow nor add slides; new slideshow didn’t show on screen. please tell me how can i fix this issue.

    Thanks for using MetaSlider.

    • Does this happen when you go to “MetaSlider” > “Home” > “Add New”? If so, what do you see on the next screen?
    • What you have done to debug this so far? Tested different browsers? Tried disabling other plugins?

    Yes, I found same error even after deactivating all the plugins. I tried to install again and try but same result. when click on add new; the screen remain same, I also tried to edit from other side where “trash” option available but screen remain same. I tried to share screenshot but due to URL didn’t upload photo. please do needful. Thanks

    Hi @muzammil18. Sorry, there’s no screenshot there. Can you try sharing it via Google Drive, Imgur, Dropbox or somewhere similar?

    What version of PHP and WordPress do you have?

    PHP version 8.2 and WordPress is 6.2.

    Is this a new installation of MetaSlider, or was it working correctly before?

    I was using zita theme that’s why it was not showing, now I change the theme; the problem is fixed. “Create a slideshow with sample images” is showing now but can not upload photos yet. By click on NEW result remain same as was in previous theme. currently using Twenty Twenty-ThreeVersion: 1.1
