cannot add recipe

I have used zip recipes now for about a year. Now when I click on add recipe all I get is an empty square that says edit recipe. I am not able to add a recipe or do anything with zip recipe.

Only change I made was changing my theme to sugar and spice.

I have deactivated and activated, no luck. I am afraid to delete as I will loose a years worth of recipes.
