    Hello,

i just installed your plugin because i want to create pages that are only visible to Users within certain customer groups. The customers should stay in the frontend entirely. Side note: to manage custom roles, i also added the “custom role editor”.

When i try to add new restrictions, the form pops up, i can select everything as expected, but when i click on the “Add” button to finalize, i only get redirected to my settings page and no restriction was added to the list.

    Hi @mariobeck

Thank you for getting in touch.

We were unable to reproduce the issue. Creating a new restriction worked perfectly.

    Here’s our test:

We think there’s a possible conflict with your theme or another plugin.

Can you try the following for us?

    1. Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins except Content Control, and switch the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty-Three.
    2. Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
    3. Retest using a private or incognito window with no active browser extensions.

Let us know how it goes. Thank you!
