    When I click to Add Source, then enter email, then confirm my email your website gives me this response:
    “Error: Email is already registered and verified.”

    I have repeated this multiple times and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, but I cannot get past this block/bug that won’t allow me to add a Source.

    Please help me to resolve.

    To resolve the issue, I recommend adding a Google API key to your Review Feed settings. You can follow this guide to create a Google API key: Creating a Google API Key for the Reviews Feed – Smash Balloon.

    If you’re unable to create an API key and would like to access review feeds without one, please submit a support request using the form on our website: https://smashballoon.com/support/. We ask you to use this form so we can request additional details that we do not recommend sharing here. This will allow us to manually reset the feed source on our system.
