– Unable to “add to quote/cart” for products on website
– Shows “Please choose product options by visiting [product name]” banner https://imgur.com/vcnX4mf
– Diagnostic shows PHP Error “Undefined Variable: product” https://imgur.com/y79ILq7
– Function works if revert back to default wordpress theme and disable ALL plugins

Not sure if it’s a third-party plugin conflict (how to identify?)
or problem with add to cart/quote button code in functions.php (had no problems before)

Could you please advise on how to troubleshoot or fix this issue?

Note: WordPress, Woocommerce, Divi theme, all plugins updated to latest version

Hi there!

For general troubleshooting, the Self Service Guide is a good start. The Plugin and theme conflicts section in particular is applicable to your situation.

Judging by this screenshot of yours, it seems to implicate your theme “Divi-child”, so start by swapping that to a theme like Storefront Theme, and going from there.

If it’s confirmed the Divi-child theme, reach out to the developer of that theme for help with the error.
