Thanks for the reply! I do have the latest version installed and this occurred after the recent update actually. Not sure how proceed with fixing this as I’ve reinstalled it a number of times with no change.

Please make sure that you are trying to connect to PUBLIC Instagram Business accounts.
The other case that issue occurs is when your website and/or Instagram app are in a foreign language (any other language than English).
If this is your case, then please make sure to switch both your website and Instagram app languages to English, get the access token then switch back to your language.
Please also check the following: please enter WP dashboard > settings > general > site address
Please make sure that the URL written in this field is the same as your website URL, please be attentive that both of them should start either with HTTP or HTTPS.
Sometimes access token is not generated when there is mixed content ( HTTP and HTTPS content are being loaded to display the same page) in your website.

This is a public account and everything is in English. I’ve been using this plugin successfully for a couple years and nothing has changed on my end. My site address is correct as well. I’m not having trouble generating the API but I’m having trouble with the plugin not adding my account to the feed as I mentioned above. When I click “add” the button goes grey but nothing happens.

Dear user, there were some changes from Instagram that has caused this issue, we’ll update the plugin today or tomorrow as latest and this issue will be solved.
Please make sure to update the plugin once the new version will be released.

I’ve updated the plugin and now I’m having a similar but different problem. I reset my API and when I try and preview the feed I get this message or I get a white box with the spinning loading signal and it never goes anywhere.
“Cannot get other user media. API shut down by Instagram. Sorry. Display only your media.”
This is my feed I’m trying to display and I’m not sure why the plugin thinks otherwise. I’m also still having the exact same issue with adding a new feed and not having my username be added. The button still just goes grey and nothing happens. The update hasn’t changed anything for me unfortunately. I’ve also uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it again with no luck.

Can you please write what kind of feed you are trying to display, maybe you are displaying your Liked feed if yes then this won’t work has Instagram API has shut down this.
If you are not trying to display Liked feed, then please try to reauthenticate again and recreate that feed.
If it again won’t work, then please send us the feed page URL to check the issue.
