    Hello there,

    We have tested the latest version 2.1.3 version and are able to see the button.

    It might be possible that there is a conflict with the version or might another plugin is conflicting.

    Can you please check that you are using the latest version? Or share the error log or console log so we can review them in detail and get back to you.

    Hi Hitendra,

    I am using latest version. Please see console log. Let me know if and how to provide addtional information. Am using free verson of app.

    Hello there,

    Okay, you are able to see the admin box which is not available in the light version but due to some conflict, it’s showcased there.

    If you share your system log then we will reproduce the issue and fix it.

    For System Log go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs > copy and paste it here.
