Cannot Authenticate Google Drive

    I am trying to resolve an inability to backup a server as the UP won’t authenticate – although it must have been when set up by the original site admin.

    I Wiped all settings and entered the client ID and Secret and saved changes.

    However, when I try to authenticate I grant access to Google Drive and then the screen goes blank with the following URL

    I presume something in the token is incorrect.

    Hi,

    A white screen means that PHP crashed. If you turn on the WP_DEBUG seting in your wp-config.php file, then instead of a white screen, you should get an error message printed, if you try again. You could also try first de-activating any other plugins that do anything with Google services, in case they are interfering.
