    As long as the cache is enabled, even if JS is used to record click through rates, it is invalid. If the caching plugin is turned off, there will be no such problem.

    Hi!
    You need to exclude the relevant pages from caching at WP-Optimize > Cache > Adanced settings > URLs to exclude from caching.

    If that is not a viable option for your use case, you can consider loading the related Scripts asynchronously using the Defer option at WP-Optimize > Minify > JavaScript.
