Cannot Book Items: Selecting Start Time Gives Javascript Error

Since updating to Pinpoint 2.5.9, I can no longer use book items successfully. When the time slot is selected, it gives a Javascript error and the number of book items cannot be selected, nor can the item(s) be added to cart.

This is the error:

Clicking on each time slot gives a new error (e.g. “Cannot read property ’12:00′ of undefined”).
