Cannot book when not logged in

I’d be happy to help you with that issue, but these forums are for the free version only, and I’m not allowed to use them to provide support for commercial extensions.

Please include as much detail as you can (e.g. what happens when you try to place a booking as a logged-out user, and what the form settings are (it looks like you’re using “simple booking mode” for example).
