cannot change admin nickname

    Hello, as administrator I noticed that my nickname is stored as john-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2. I tried to change it, as well as the name shown to other users, but it doesn’t get saved. Do you have a solution?

    Hi @arsenalemusica,
    Please change your nickname and display name in forum front-end My Profile > Account page. Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click on [Delete All Caches] button. Then delete website cache.

    Then please deactivate other plugins, do exactly the same steps.
