    We upgraded to Rich Reviews v1.8.2. But now, the SAVE button on all the OPTION choices simply deletes all checked choices. My fields are empty and all options are empty (though “Approve Authority > Admin” is there in the Admin tab).

    How can I check all my choices in each category of Options (“Admin,” “Form,” “Display,” etc.) and then SAVE the option choices I want?


    (In the link supplied — click on “Reviews” and you will see the lack of info. That “Review” section is on all our 150 or so profiles on the site.)

    We’re aware of the bug with settings in Options not saving and will be releasing an update any day. We’re in final testing on this.

    Sorry @rickbard01 I had a bunch of stuff come up and wasn’t able to complete my testing, then this week is Diwali. Hiren, our lead for this next release that fixes this, is on holiday this week for Diwali.

    So that kinda put a stall on this release. My apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll finish it and release it as quick as we can when he returns.

    Thanks again for getting back to me. I also tried to add a new review this morning, just completing the form for one of my clients, as I had done previously. But it did not appear. Is that related to the “Cannot Change and Save Options” situation? Or is it something else?

    We just released version 1.8.3 that specifically addresses the original issue here and has been extensively tested for the stuff you described most recently @rickbard01. Can you update and let us know if this resolved the issue for you?
