The “Body Content” is the text that appears before the order. Your screenshot appears to show more text besides the body content. However, I don’t believe there was another field for you to add content above the body content using Kadence’s WooCommerce Email Customizer.
Are you sure you didn’t add the content using a code snippet or a template?

I found the English translation in WPML, where I could change it, but the Dutch version I cannot find. In WPML I canges those codes: admin_texts_kt_woomail [kt_woomail]customer_processing_order_body
Do you know where to find them?

Unfortunately, I’m not versed enough with WPML to know why you can’t find the Dutch version. You may want to contact WPML to discover why the string isn’t found.

I apologize for overlooking this. When I search through the plugin files, I find the admin_texts_kt_woomail filter in the wp-content\plugins\kadence-woocommerce-email-designer\kadence-woocommerce-email-designer.php file. Can you check the file to see if it contains what you’re looking for?
