Cannot change Frontend Ticket View

/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wats-head.php&sub=ticket-keys
From here WATS does not save changes for:
Frontend submission form
Admin ticket edition page
Frontend ticket display template
Frontend ticket update form
Frontend ticket listing filter
Frontend ticket listing table column

I have tired to select “Read access for any user”
Then click Save the Options.

Each time the page is refreshed, those options are back to “Hide from any user”
Anyone have an idea what is happening?
