• Hello,

I am building a website using Elementor and the Hello Theme. I don’t know if this is a bug or if I am just doing something wrong… but the responsiveness makes absolutely no sense to me.

I will try to explain as good as I can:

When I am on my MacBook, in the Elementor Editor, and go into tablet view the columns don’t stack on each other as supposed to. I also opened the site on my iPad and there is literally no responsivess, the site is just shown as on desktop, squeezed into the smaller screen. My understanding was that Elementor automatically stacks columns in Tablet view and then you can mess around with the layout to make it look good on tablet. clearly this is not the case for me

However, and I think that is weird: when I work with my 32 inch monitor and change to tablet view in the elementor editor (so doing the exact same thing as on my much smaller Macbook), somehow, here Elementor does stack the columns as they are supposed to in tablet preview. Unfortunately that does not change the fact that the site is still not correctly displayed in live view on my tablet.

This is a huge issue for me bc I cannot make the website responsive when Elementor does not display the correct tablet view on an actual tablet but just shows a smaller version of the desktop version.

I also thought of changing the tablet breakpoints, but this is literally doing nothing.

Anyone had this issue before and can let me know what’s going on?
