• A new customer of this woocommerce shop: https://www.shopontheborderlands.co.uk/ reported they could not register for an account.

The issue was this plugin: if I deactivate add-to-any then customers can register new accounts and change passwords, if I re-activate add-to-any then the ‘register’ and ‘change password’ buttons are greyed out.

I tried disabling the add-to-any buttons on only the Woocommerce ‘My Account’ page, but although the buttons vanished, the issue remained until I disabled the plugin entirely.

I tried disabling all the other plugins that might be affecting the front-end display (only Autoptimise, Wordfence and Cloudflare) but this did not help. Any other ideas? At present I have add-to-any disabled so that customers can register and use the shop. The theme is a slightly customised version of WordPress default 2014, and with add-to-any installed, there are no obvious javascript error, though I do get a warning about a repeated Facebook pixel.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Couldn’t reproduce your site’s issue with WooCommerce + Twenty Fourteen.

Try temporarily changing to one of the newer Twenty themes, and keeping Cloudflare’s experimental “Rocket Loader” disabled while troubleshooting.

Check your PHP log files for any clues.

If you still can’t find a root cause, keep the AddToAny plugin enabled for at least a few hours so we can see exactly what’s happening on your site’s front-end, and post a window of troubleshooting time that you can work with.

Edit: WooCommerce users have had similar issues to yours, which may point to WooCommerce needing a fix to make those buttons more resilient.
