    It sounds like there’s a JavaScript error on your page that’s preventing the buttons from working. To track down the source of the error, try disabling the other plugins you have installed one-by-one and test the scheduling rule button as you go. If you’ve disabled all the plugins and are still having trouble, try switching to a default theme.

    Once you have discovered the source of the issue, you should be able to follow up with the developer of that plugin to see if there is a resolution. Unfortunately there’s not much else that can be done. One JavaScript error from one file can prevent all other JavaScript from functioning on the page.

    Thanks for your reply. Disabling the theme and setting the times seemed to work. But when on the main booking form on the website all times are still showing up. eg 00:00-23:00 also is there any way of requesting the customer to enter phone number when making a booking.

    Can you send me a link to the booking form on your site? I’ll take a look to see if the times are getting passed correctly.

    The booking form requests a phone number by default. If yours doesn’t, perhaps your theme has disabled it…

    It looks like you’re using the NUVO theme. The theme developers have chosen to override the default booking form and use their own date and time pickers. Unfortunately, they decided not to adjust the available options based on the scheduling rules. In short, no matter what you set the schedule to it will not be reflected in the form.

    I’d recommend you follow-up with the theme authors to see if they are willing to add support for the scheduling rules in a future version. Please let them know I’m happy to help them out if they get in touch.
