I have deactivated ALL plugins except Mailoptin but issue remains. Any help is appreciated.
Installed in one of my other sites. it worked ok, updated to wordpress to 5.6.1 and again I could not edit the text fields in the customizer. I see your plugins has been tested for this version. Any advice is appreciated.

Yes I ticked that box and still the same results.
I have deactivated all plugins
I have tested it on chrome, firefox and brave browsers
I have deleted all none used databased tables
I have changed themes
wordpress 5.6.1
all with the same results. I cannot change the texts fields unfortunately.
I will open up a ticket on your support page.
