Is there any variation with that product ? if yes, plugin works in a way user have to select that variation first after that He/She can upload a file.
So user should be uploading file with his selected choice.
Disable is only done in variable product.
Please let me know if you have variable product or simple product ?

Thanks for the quick reply, I was using a variable product but recently switch to a pricing plugin that requires me to use a simple product and it works fine.

This doesn’t work for me. I added two products and configured them as simple products. Put the shortcode on the checkout page. When I click on the upload button it opens a blank window but doesn’t allow me to select a file. Used in IE, Chrome and Firefox all while logged out of admin. Doesn’t work at all.
You have to click on that blank window it will let you select file. Is there not a message displayed “drop files here and click send” ?
Screenshot would be helpful to diagnose.
