Cannot complete configuration: “..probably offline”

Cannot complete configuration. It’s stuck on the last step: “Complete your campaign.”
The Google Ads section is stuck in a loading loop.
Randomly, it displays the message: “… you are probably offline.”What I have done:
- Reinstalled the plugin.
- Changed the back steps of configuration (tried all possibilities) to ensure there is no incompatibility issue between GL&A and GMC (found this on another topic).
- Tried on both new and existing accounts.
- Cloned the WordPress installation to another site (including the database) for another shop, and there everything works fine.
- Cleaned the database (phpMyAdmin) of plugin leftovers.
- Connected and disconnected the Google Ads account from the GMC account.
- Found no error information in the event log.

I am assuming this is the SSR of the site where you are facing issue with the GLA plugin.
You mentioned:
Cloned the WordPress installation to another site (including the database) for another shop, and there everything works fine.When you cloned the site, did you make any changes to the theme, plugins, or other site settings before connecting the GLA plugin with the Google account? Is that site on the same server or host?
Lastly, I suggest you try the process again and look for any JS errors.

It found google ads account and it finished setting up plugin (Chrome).
Funny thing is that it still not working on Firefox. Now info: “..probably you offline” is showing on main page (dashboard) of GL&A.
Of course, it’s not a problem with the cookies (I’ve cleared them).

By the way, did you know that your plugin creates an error on Google Merchant account? When it creates a client account, it inadvertently creates a “sub-account” that the system treats as a main account. This is why you can’t close, delete, or reconnect it to other sub-accounts (when you have multiple sites for multiple languages). Google human Assistant see this account as a sub-account of a non-existent main account. He has to manually correct it in the system. It seems like there might be an issue with how Firefox is handling cookies from our site. The error messages you’re seeing are related to changes in how Firefox handles third-party cookies. However, I couldn’t replicate the issue using my Firefox browser (version 125.0.3).

I suggest correcting this to avoid problems with Google’s Police (policies).
As mentioned in our docs, if you create your Google Merchant account through our plugin, it will be a sub-account. However, you also have the option to connect an existing merchant account.
