    I complete all the settings exactly as required. When I click “Save and Continue” I get a message “Please try again. Something went wrong”. I changed the password on the email account to be sure I was entering the correct password but still get the error. Checked and double checked.

    On another site which uses the Gmail api, emails are being sent successfully but I cannot send a test email. Just hangs.

    Hi @awjensen ,

    Thank you for reporting the issue.

    We are currently reviewing the problem related to completing the Other SMTP setup and our team is investigating it further. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update or possible solution.

    Meanwhile, could you please share the Diagnostic Test Report from the Post SMTP dashboard? This will help us better analyze the issue and assist you more efficiently.

    When I went to the diagnostic screen I got a popup that said:

    An unexpected error occurred {
    “readyState”: 4,
    “responseText”: “0”,
    “status”: 400,
    “statusText”: “error”
    }

    When i try to send the report to you using the built ub email facility, i get the same error popup.

    we urgently need this fixed.
