  • Same issue for me so I assume it’s something on their end. As a temporary fix you can turn off “Speed up image load times” under the Performance tab of the Jetpack settings.

same issue with me how fix it????

Same here and if I toggle the ‘Image Accelerator’ on/off only some images are showing still

Same here …., some images do show up, some don’t….., instead of the image the alt text is shown….

As a matter of fact, the temporary fix suggested by @milkkore does work with me. I deactivated the “Speed up image load times” in Jetpack and all images show correctly again. There was an update of the Jetpack plugin recently, so I presume it is a Jetpack issue.

Thanks for your suggestion @milkkore however, it didn’t work for me. I’m not entirely sure it is a Jetpack issue – I’ve deactivated Jetpack and the issue still remains :-/

Why has no one replied to this thread?

in my case it was a hotlink protection issue

has anyone solved? why is there no communication from the staff?

we know that by disabling the option the site starts using the local images but we would like to take advantage of the JetPack option

Hi @cs2 I replied to you on the ticket you have opened on our end.

@milkkore @workceet @rederstreet @agizzie please contact our support here. Before you do, it would be helpful if you run your website on the Jetpack Debug first, and see if it’s green.

If it is, you can try troubleshooting by temporarily enabling a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Three and disabling your plugins – just to see if there’s anything disrupting the script that takes care of fetching the images. I am mentioning this because the latest Jetpack updates didn’t touch or make any changes to the Site Accelerator feature. You can see that on the changelog.

    Best,

hi @muffinpeace thanks for reply. I think my issue turned out to be a hotlink issue where I had it enabled via my server.

@cs2 I’m closing this forum thread, since we have replied to your email support request.
