Cannot complete the payment

    Hi, I followed one of your guide in other topic to setup subscriptions for the courses.

    I created the courses
    added the Woo subsription plugin
    created the subscription products (with one month trial to avoid duplicated payments)
    setup Woo payment for learnpress
    setup the same Woo checkout page for Learnpress and Woo
    setup payment methode for Woo
    also buy courses via Woo products, guest checkout is not available and redirect to checkout page also enabled.

    The result unfortunately always no payment methode is available, however Pylike Woo payment methode is active (I tried to add also bank tranfer to check the issue, but no change).

    I cannot imagine, what is wrong, please be so kind and help to fix it, thank you very much!

    Please set the checkout page of Woocommerce is different with the checkout page of LearnPress, if you set the same it will be conflict.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much, the situation is better.

    The adding of the subsription product to the chart is successful, but after this the process ended:

    The visitor remained ont he same page, no redirection to the right checkout page, however, this redirection setup within Learpress payment setup is active

    I typed manually the url fof the Woo checkuot page into the browser, but I receive this message: you have to login to continue the payment and there is only one link for the recurring visitors.

    Therefore, the registration option / step for the new clients is missing / not visible.

    Please be so kind and let me know, what is wong? Thank you very much!

    Hi,

    Thank you very much, these were wrong, with your suggestion the process is right now.

    But the stopping of the process is still problem, it is not clear, how will the visitor reach the cekout page, without any redirection, however, the Redirect to Woo checkout option is enabled in Learnpress settings / Paymnets / Woo payments menu.

    Another problem, that in this case, if I lick on the course, I reseive Learnpress error message:

    You need to purchase courses from products list to begin learning.
    –List products:
    Lehetek Jól alapozó csoport előfizetés (course name)

    The problem is, that Learnpress po/mo fieles doesn’t include this error message, so I cannot translate it with Poedit.

    Is it any way to buy the related product, without this error message and than redirect automatically to the checout page?

    You can use the Loco Translate plugin to change the text in the LearnPress Woocommerce add-ons.
    When assigning a course to the product, the client only purchases on the shop page, and can’t purchase on the archive course page.

    Honestly, I wouldn’t like to install additional robust plugin just for one string and I guess, if the langiage file(s) include the string, than I have to find it also with Poedit. I use this great plugin a lot of website, therefore it is more comfortable to manage only one language file…
