Hi, I need more details please. Does it give you a message or does it just sit there?

The layout of your buttons is all funky (see the last two screenshots here under the screenshots tab for how it should look). Maybe your site’s CSS is preventing you from being able to click on the submit button properly?

Just a guess, not having further details.

You seem to be having several problems. If you’re able to give me access, it might be quicker to resolve them if I come over and take a closer look myself.

Resolved. Your theme was interpreting the white space between my html elements as line and paragraph breaks, causing the invisible file input field to cover up the submit button, preventing access to it. I removed the white space in the form on your installation, and this fix will be included in the next update.
