Cannot conect Jetpack and WordPress | ww.wp.xz.cn

Attempting to activate Jetpack, I kept getting a message that my password was wrong at the login page to connect Jetpack to WordPress. So I tried a password recovery but didn’t receive a recovery email. After several similar tries and no recovery email, I went to the more lengthy recovery process, where WordPress says the the website does not exist. Is there any other way to contact WordPress? This is a .com account, but for the same reason I cannot log in to that forum.

Could you try to reset your WordPress.com password once again, here?

If that doesn’t help, you can use this recovery form to regain access to your WordPress.com account:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and ww.wp.xz.cn are two different entities. You’ll want to make sure you created an account on WordPress.com, and not just on your self-hosted WordPress site.
