Cannot conect Jetpack and WordPress | ww.wp.xz.cn

Attempting to activate Jetpack, I kept getting a message that my password was wrong at the login page to connect Jetpack to WordPress. So I tried a password recovery but didn’t receive a recovery email. After several similar tries and no recovery email, I went to the more lengthy recovery process, where WordPress says the the website does not exist. Is there any other way to contact WordPress CS?

Did you set up an account on WordPress.COM – which is different from here and from your WP site?

It’s .com, but for the same reason I cannot log into that forum. I was hoping someone from Jetpack might pop up. These was a similar post from about a year ago.

So you have a separate WordPress.COM account? If you can’t login over there, that account isn’t working properly – in which case, try here:

But they’ve been on vacation for 10 days – coming back tomorrow but will no doubt have a big backlog of support tickets to catch up on.

Yes, I’ve been through every recovery step and page.

I posted on the sub-forum and saw that Jetpack staff are off until Jan 5. It’s really a WordPress issue though, as all of my access is blocked until it’s solved.
