Cannot configure settings

    Chaty Settings page comes up in the Admin panel, but then a popup appears on top taking over the page and not allowing an exit.
    The popup is a white box with the words “Detailed Preview” in it, and without any exit buttons. Hence I cannot use.

    WP version 5.2.1
    Chaty version 2.0.6

    are you using Hero slider by any chance?

    Thanks for your response
    No, I am using as slider by the name ‘Smart Slider 3’. Do you expect that a slider will affect it?
    I have tried deactivating the slider, but get the same issue with Chaty

    I have emailed you with the screen dump and some detail.
    Don’t know why this popup at the top is appearing without any controls.

    Any questions please let me know. I am running the latest wordpress and all plugins
