Sorry that you are experiencing this – Please provide your URL and turn on remote diagnostics so that we can pinpoint your issue.
Here are some initial troubleshooting steps: Have you cleared your cache? Browser and Object Cache? Are you on the latest version? Are you within the Integration or Mailchimp application, if the Mailchimp application, you may be experiencing an issue with your account and should contact Mailchimp support. You could possibly be experiencing a plugin issue, have you disconnected all plugins besides ours to try and connect? (if you have a staging site, we strongly suggest you use that for troubleshooting.
