Your app id and app secret are part of a Facebook application. You can create a Facebook application or copy-and-paste existing values from the Facebook Developers site.

What is strange, when i try to go the Facebook Developers site as suggested, Facebook automatically direct me to my Facebook page. So i can’t access the Developer site.
You can’t create app from Fan page website. It must be normal facebook account, and after you can go to Developrer site and create this app. But I have another problem – plugin doesn’t save APP ID and Secret code… And nobody want help me from Facebook Plugin developer team…

I have the same issues as kris_IV. The app-ID and the app-secret won’t be saved by the plugin. When clicking the Save-Button the fields are cleared and nothing happens. Developers, please help us concerning our issue.
