Cannot connect to the insert application

I have created an ACF field group with a WISYWYG field for adding a PDF to WooCommerce Category pages. Unfortunately the 3D Flipbook icon does not display properly in the toolbar, and when clicked, returns a message saying “Cannot connect to the insert application.” The only way to add the shortcode is to copy > paste from the shortcode generator.
Is there an issue with 3D Flipbook and ACF fields?

Sorry for the delay in responding.
Here’s a screen capture showing the WYSIWYG field with the title PDF shortcode. Notice that the rightmost tool icon in the toolbar is the 3D Flipbook icon (when you hover the icon it says 3D Flipbook), but as you can see it shows as a generic page icon and when you click it you get the “Cannot connect to the insert application” notice.
