Hi @lucylani,
Thanks for contacting us! For Jetpack to work, we need a working connection between your site and WordPress.com. At present this connection is broken for mh2u.net
Would you please delete Jetpack and then reinstall it as a first step here? You can follow these steps to do that:
- Start at Plugins → Installed Plugins.
- If Jetpack is currently active, click Deactivate to disable it. Then click Delete to remove it from your site:
- Go to Plugins → Add New.
- Search for “Jetpack – WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth”.
- Click Install and then Activate.
When Jetpack is installed, click the green Set up Jetpack button to reconnect.
This handy guide explains that process in more detail:

You shouldn’t lose any settings or any of your stats or subscribers in doing so, as that info is stored in our system here.

I have my account at WordPress.com but I use it for another website, so I cannot reconnect with this website because another website will be disconnected. Also I used to use my account with this site before so I think the information is remained. So I delete all information and start to do as brand new. How to do?
Hi there, @lucylani,
You can connect as many Jetpack sites as you want with your WordPress.com account – there is no limit for that.
If you have your WordPress.com account disconnected from one site when you connected Jetpack with a different site, there is something different that’s going on that we’d like to address.
At this point, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site and your WordPress.com account. to try to figure out what’s happening. Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread? Please make sure that you contact us by using the email address of your WordPress.com account. Thanks!
