Cannot Create a Manual Backup

    I am unable to create a manual backup. When I click Backup Now the web page goes opaque grey and I can’t click Backup Now on the modal dialog. The error happened immediately after updating to Version: 1.16.46. No other plugins were updated.

    Hi Richard,

    This could be plugin/theme conflict or browser issue.

    Please try deactivating your plugins one by one and see if the issue goes away.
    If not, try using a different browser.
