Hi,
did you upload a category icon too? That’s a mandatory field.
If that’s not the problem, there could be a javascript conflict that is preventing the categories from being saved.
In that case we would need to have a look at your dashboard to be able to find the culprit (probably another plugin).
If you need, please register in our official support forum (it’s public and free) and open a new support topic. After that reply to your own topic, set the reply as private (so only staff can read it) and provide a url and admin credentials.

No I did not upload the category icon, there was no indication that it was a required field and no error message.
I just tried to upload one, but when I click on Category Icon “Upload Image” nothing happens.
I tried it in some other browsers. It appears that I had javascript disabled for this site in Firefox. Thanks for your quick reply.
