Cannot create custom audience

Hi,

I installed pixel caffeine and connected my facebook account. Pixel helper shows no errors and the data on Facebook shows that pixels are firing correctly. Everything seems working well except when I tested the creation of custom audience, it wouldn’t let me.

It says “Terms of service has not been accepted. To accept, go to https://www.facebook.com/customaudiences/app/tos”.

The actual page shows that I already accepted. I read in some forums that I should also accept the terms at this page:
https://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/customaudiences/tos.php

However, that too was already accepted. I deactivated all other plugins except for Woocommerce and it still doesn’t work. I am using the latest version of Woocommerce by the way.

Is there something wrong with the plugin right now may be due to a recent Facebook or Woocommerce update?

Can you point me in the right direction on how to solve this issue?
