Cannot create link in our focus widget

Hi,

Any time I try to use a standard <a href=”” link, I put in the link that I want it to go to, but then it automatically adds my domain name before the link when I click on it. This only happens when I use the our focus widget.

I have no problem making links in other places, just within that widget it will not allow me to create a link without it automatically adding my domain /%22#/

any ideas?
