    Hi there,

    I’m having trouble adding a new plan using ARMember Lite

    I navigate to Manage Plans > Add New Plan, type in a plan name, leaving the other fields default, and click Save. A message appears saying “Plan has been added successfully”, but no plans are shown under Manage Plans.

    I am using WordPress 6.0.1 in a multisite configuration on PHP 7.4. I have tried disabling all other plugins and the same issue occurs. Error logs are empty for both PHP and the webserver.

    Are there any known issues here? Or any suggestions as to where to start looking to fix this problem?

    Hello,

    I have checked the issue at our local server but I could not regenerate it. So, I guess it may happen due to the ARMember plugin not being installed properly. So, kindly re-install the ARMember Lite plugin and after that, check the plan create again and it should work fine.
