Cannot create new shortcodes

    Hello I’m unable to create new “simple zazzle” shortcodes. When I save the new simple zazzle it just shows the original one. Also when I tried to click “duplication” nothing happened. It said “The selected short code setting was successfully duplicated” but only one entry remained.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    With my WordPress (local environment, online environment), I can create shortcodes without any problems.
    So I would like to know what is causing your site not to work.
    Please answer the questions below as much as possible.
    ・ WordPress version
    ・ Zazzle country
    ・ Store or Collection
    ・ Other concerns

    I want to solve the problem.

    Hi I’m sorry for the late reply. I installed the plugin on another site with all the same settings and I’m not having the same problem. Something must have become corrupted. I don’t think it’s a problem with the plugin.
