Cannot create order

    Hello Support

    I’m having this issue when trying to place an order

    The error log show:
    06-29-2021 @ 00:14:34 – WIRECARD CREATE CUSTOMER ERROR: [0] The following errors ocurred:
    fullnameNotBlank: O nome não foi informado
    taxDocument.type: O tipo de documento informado é inválido

    How can I solve this?

    Oi @bebuthanh,

    Pela mensagem de erro, parece está faltando o nome completo do cliente e o tipo de documento CPF ou CNPJ está faltando na página de checkout.

    Se precisar nas configurações do plugin existe um botão de suporte.

    This is on our checkout page, it has the CPF field there uith other information required

    From your comment, I understand that if the name on the card is not correct with the card information, or the CPF is input wrongly, it will have this issue?

    Hi @bebuthanh,

    The CPF field must be on the checkout page under billing details. is required.

    Where you added it on the card will be used for risk analysis on Wirecard.
