Cannot create organization or stores.

    I have an account with Uber Direct. In Uber Direct Integration, it does not find my organization, I cannot create an organization, nor can I create or find my store without an organization. It seems like just inputting all the account info (which I did) should pull up all the store information? I don’t see why it would not be a simple setup… anyway please help. Thank you.

    I have the exactly same issue when I installed this plugin. I am waiting for 2 weeks with no solution.

    Hi there! Unfortunately, the current version of the plugin does not yet support retrieving existing organizations or stores from your Uber Direct account. At the moment, it only allows you to create a new organization from scratch and then add new stores under it.

    That said, we truly appreciate your feedback — making the onboarding experience seamless is a key priority for us, and this improvement is already on our roadmap. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work toward a smoother setup process.
