Cannot create, save or publish an event

    Hi,

    When I try to add a new event, when I hit save, I get the following error message:

    “Couldn’t Update Event!

    Reason: <p>There has been a critical error on this website.</p><p><a href=”https://ww.wp.xz.cn/documentation/article/faq-troubleshooting/”>Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.</a></p>”

    When I try to publish an event, I get the following error message:

    “Couldn’t change event status!

    Reason: undefined”

    This is super frustrating. 5% of the time, it works. The rest of the time I get the error messages above. I have spent way too much time troubleshooting. I also submitted a support ticket from your website. Please advise.

    We are so sorry for the inconvenience you faced. This is not supposed to happen.

    Please confirm the version of Eventin you are using is updated. Currently Eventin’s latest versions are 4.0.18 and 4.0.14. If both plugins are updated then this should not happen.
