Cannot create snapshot – undocumented error has occurred

    Hello,

    I’m trying to create a Snapshot but when it comes to table 55/89 – Copying table wp_postmeta it stops working and a pop-up appears saying:
    An undocumented error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again

    I enabled Debug Mode but it does not log anything in this case, it seems to log something only when I delete snapshot.

    I also edited /etc/php/7.4/apache2/php.ini file in this way:
    max_execution_time = 120 (default was 30)

    Could you kindly suggest how to proceed in order to complete the snapshot?

    I also add that I restarted Apache and that I have a big number of posts (more than 400k)

    The creation of snapshot, however, stops around 100 seconds after 55/89 – Copying table wp_postmeta starts.

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, it fails when creating a copy of the posts meta table because it’s too large 🙁
    Besides modifying php.ini to allow for a bit more time/memory there’s not much you can do. You can also try optimizing the table before making a snapshot. So if it’s fragmented you might save a few MB.
