Cannot create staging site – Internal server error

    We are in the process of creating our staging site. We are using version 2.2.4.

    On step “42% – Step 2 of 4 Preparing Database Data…” we encounter this error message:

    Something went wrong! Internal server error while processing the request! Go to WP Staging > Setting and lower ‘File Copy Limit’ and ‘DB Query Limit’. Also set ‘CPU Load Priority to low.’Than try again. If that does not help, open a support ticket.

    We have set the ‘File Copy Limit’ to 1, 10, 250, and 1000, but the change always defaults back to 1. We have also set ‘DB Query Limit’ to 500, 1000, 10000, and 5000. We have also set ‘CPU load priority’ to low. And we still encounter the error shown above. Can you please give us any pointers to help pinpoint the problem?

    Also send me system info log from tools.

    Update: there wasn’t enough memory on our WordPress. We increased the WP memory limit to 128MB and that solved the issue! 🙂
