Cannot customize Contango Theme or change themes

    Greetings,

    When I press the customize button on my Contango theme, all I receive is a pinwheel. If I try to change themes, it says that the theme has been changed, but the Contango theme still appears. I am new to WordPress and unsure how to fix this. Thanks for your help!
